Professional experience
James McDonough's practice focuses on patent and general
intellectual property litigation. James previously worked for the
Center for Disease Control in its Technology Transfer Office. Prior to
that, he was Clinical and Government Program Manager at LBS Consulting
(2002-2004), and a Senior Systems Engineer at Cerner Corporation
(1999-2002).
James' practice also includes counseling start-ups and
established enterprises involved in the development, distribution,
licensing, disposition, and acquisition of technology and intellectual
property rights. Additionally, he works with those entities on all
aspects of technology commercialization.
